Products & Research

What are research peptides?+
Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used in laboratory and in vitro studies — including cell biology, biochemistry, and analytical method development. They are supplied lyophilised (freeze-dried) for stability and must be reconstituted before use in controlled research settings.
Are your peptides for human or veterinary use?+
No. All products sold by Peptides EU are strictly for in vitro and laboratory research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic application, or veterinary use.
What purity levels do you supply?+
Peptides EU supplies research-grade peptides, typically 99% or above by HPLC. Independent Certificates of Analysis, where available, report purity, identity confirmation, and appearance.
Why does a small mg amount look like an empty vial?+
Lyophilised peptide masses such as 5 mg occupy very little physical volume — often a thin film or small disc at the bottom of the vial. This is normal. Content is verified analytically (HPLC and mass spectrometry), not by visual fill level or weighing the sealed vial on a standard balance.
Do you sell bacteriostatic water and lab supplies?+
Yes. Bacteriostatic water, syringes, and other reconstitution essentials are available in our lab supplies category so researchers can consolidate orders and receive everything in one EU shipment.
Do you supply pre-blended peptide combinations?+
Yes. We offer fixed-ratio multi-peptide blends in single vials — including BPC-157 + TB-500, CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin, Glow, Klow, and Cagrilintide + Semaglutide combinations. See our Blends page for the full catalogue. Each component meets ≥99% purity specification.
Where can I find reconstitution guidance?+
See our Reconstitution Guide, Peptide Calculator, and research blog for step-by-step instructions and worked examples. Product-specific notes may also appear on individual product pages.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, SEPA bank transfer, and Bitcoin. Available options are shown at checkout. Payment must be confirmed before dispatch.
Is there a minimum order value?+
No. Single-vial orders are welcome and processed the same as larger orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your EU destination.
When will my order be processed?+
Orders are processed on working days once payment is confirmed. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking when the parcel leaves our EU fulfilment centre. Processing may take slightly longer during peak periods.
Can I change my order after placing it?+
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend an order. Changes can usually be made before dispatch. Once a parcel has left our facility, amendments may not be possible.
Are institutional purchase orders accepted?+
Contact our team with the institution details for purchase orders or bulk orders. We will advise on available options for the organisation and country.

EU Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?+
We ship to all EU member states, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Orders are fulfilled from within the EU. EU destinations travel as intra-EU parcels; availability, rates, and delivery estimates for your country are shown at checkout.
Why is EU sourcing faster than ordering from outside the EU?+
Third-country imports typically pass through customs clearance, which routinely adds one to three weeks even when goods are not seized. Intra-EU shipments from Peptides EU do not require customs clearance — delivery times reflect actual carrier transit, not clearance delays.
Will I pay import VAT or handling fees on delivery?+
Peptides EU ships from within the European Union. Orders to EU member states travel as intra-EU parcels — there is no customs clearance, no import VAT collected at delivery, and no carrier brokerage fees at the door.
What are your shipping rates?+
Reliable, discreet, tracked delivery to all EU countries starts at €7.99. Exact rates for your destination are shown at checkout.
How are orders packaged?+
Vials are secured against movement, cushioned for impact, and shipped in discreet outer packaging without external product descriptions. Lyophilised peptides remain stable at ambient temperatures for normal transit durations.
How long does delivery take?+
Most EU destinations receive orders within a few working days of dispatch, depending on carrier service and location. Tracking is provided so you can monitor progress.
What if my parcel is damaged or items are missing?+
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference, a description of the issue, and photographs of the packaging and contents. We will review and respond with a replacement or resolution.

Quality & Testing

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?+
Yes. Selected independent Certificates of Analysis from Janoshik Analytical are published in the Quality section of our homepage and on individual product pages.
How is peptide purity measured?+
Purity is determined by reverse-phase HPLC and expressed as a percentage of the target peak relative to other peptide-related peaks. Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry. Together these verify that the material matches the ordered sequence.
What should I do if reconstituted peptide looks cloudy?+
Mild cloudiness can occur during dissolution. Allow the vial to sit at room temperature and swirl gently — do not shake vigorously. If cloudiness persists, check that you used the correct diluent and concentration. Contact us with batch details if you suspect a quality issue.
How should I store peptides before and after reconstitution?+
Store lyophilised vials cold (2–8 °C short term, −20 °C long term), sealed, and protected from light. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8 °C or aliquot and freeze. See our FAQ & Handling resource for detailed guidance.
Can I verify a batch independently?+
Researchers requiring additional assurance may submit samples to an accredited independent laboratory of their choice. We publish selected third-party reports and encourage batch documentation in lab notebooks for audit trails.

Returns & Support

What is your returns policy?+
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened, reconstituted, or used products. If you receive an incorrect item, damaged goods, or a product that does not match its COA specification, contact us with photos and your order reference — we will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
My tracking has not updated — what should I do?+
Allow one working day after dispatch for the carrier to scan the parcel. If tracking shows no progress beyond the expected delivery window, email us with your order reference and we will investigate with the carrier.
How to contact support+
Use the Contact page for order enquiries, quality questions, and product support. Include the order reference and batch number where relevant so we can assist quickly.
Do you sell on Amazon, eBay, or other marketplaces?+
Peptides EU sells direct through peptides-eu.net only. We are not affiliated with third-party marketplace listings using similar branding. Always verify you are ordering from our official website.
Are peptides legal to purchase for research in the EU?+
Research peptides sold for in vitro laboratory use are widely supplied to academic and industrial research institutions across Europe. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their intended use complies with applicable laws and institutional policies in their jurisdiction. We make no therapeutic or medical claims.
