4. Orders & payment

  1. 1.Prices are displayed in euros (€). Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
  2. 2.We accept Visa, Mastercard, SEPA bank transfer, and Bitcoin. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
  3. 3.We do not store full card or bank details on our servers. Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors.
  4. 4.An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order reference.
  5. 5.We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud, resale in breach of these Terms, or misuse of products.
  6. 6.Promotional codes, where offered, are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted, and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Shipping & delivery

  1. 1.We ship to countries within the European Union. Orders are fulfilled from within the EU as intra-EU parcels.
  2. 2.Tracked, discreet delivery starts at €7.99. Exact rates and estimated delivery windows for your destination are shown at checkout.
  3. 3.Orders are dispatched on working days after payment confirmation. Dispatch may take slightly longer during peak periods.
  4. 4.Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers beyond our control.
  5. 5.Risk of loss transfers to the buyer when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
  6. 6.EU orders are not subject to import VAT or brokerage fees collected at the door. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay for the order, excluding any mandatory local taxes already included where applicable.

6. Returns & replacements

  1. 1.Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened, reconstituted, or used products.
  2. 2.If you receive an incorrect item, damaged goods, or a product that does not match its batch COA specification, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photographic evidence.
  3. 3.Where a quality or fulfilment issue is confirmed, we will investigate and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  4. 4.Nothing in this section limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law, where those rights apply to your purchase.

7. Liability & indemnification

  1. 1.Products are supplied “as is” for research use. We make no warranties regarding fitness for any particular research outcome.
  2. 2.Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.
  3. 3.We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, handling, or storage.
  4. 4.You agree to indemnify and hold Peptides EU harmless from claims arising from your misuse of products or breach of these Terms.

  1. 1.All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to Peptides EU and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  3. 3.Product names, peptide identifiers, and CAS numbers are used for identification purposes and may be trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Governing law & disputes
